Climate change is one of the biggest problem not only in the Philippines but all over the world. This is most challenging for Filipinos because of its effects, such as rising global temperatures, more frequent typhoons, and unpredictable weather patterns. The adversities have never disheartened these persevering people and thus made them strong enough to face all odds. One of the major causes of climate change is deforestation and the lack of discipline among most people when it comes to the environment. Cutting down trees for urban development, agriculture, or illegal logging damages the Earth significantly, reducing the natural protections against floods and heat. This problem also affects farmers, who suffer during typhoons as their crops get destroyed, jeopardizing their source of income and threatening the food supply in the country.
